Yiply (Pty) Ltd.
What we collect
Your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it. Giving us your details is voluntary. Without an email address we can’t tell you when Yiply opens.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Yiply opens, and occasionally about the launch. We don’t use it for anything else.
Where it’s held
With our database provider in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Until Yiply launches, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
How to be removed
Email us using the address on our Support page and we’ll remove you from the list.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it.
How to complain
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
