Delete your Yiply account
You can ask us to delete your Yiply account and its data at any time. This page is for the Yiply app on the App Store and Google Play.

Email us from the address you use for Yiply, so we know the request is yours.
Contact Support to deleteCancel your subscription first
If you subscribed in the app, cancel your subscription with Apple or Google first. Deleting your account doesn’t stop store billing.
Deleting from the app
In the Yiply app, go to Grown-ups → Manage packs → account.
What gets deleted, and what’s kept
Deleted
Your account and sign-in details, your learner profiles (first name, grade and interests), your packs, and any photos still being processed.
Kept, and why
Records of purchases, where the law requires us to keep them. A note that you asked us to delete your account, so we can show we did. Neither includes your child’s profile, packs or photos.

Ask us the same way and we’ll remove you from the list.
